WPBF 25, the Hearst Television ABC affiliate in West Palm Beach, FL has an immediate opening for a Digital Executive Producer.  We need a point person for the cultural transformation of the staff to a digitally savvy newsgathering team utilizing the most progressive technology to service multiplatform content needs.  The ideal candidate has previous management experience, has worked on a media website and understands the workings of a newsroom.  You need to be a strategic thinker who is comfortable in a fast-paced, immediate newsroom environment, understands the importance of social networking and knows how to integrate user-generated content across all of platforms.
