News Photographer - 2 positions
Description:
WDSU-TV, the Hearst Television, Inc. NBC affiliate in New Orleans has an immediate opening for an experienced News Photographer.
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will shoot video for daily newscasts and special projects, and will operate live microwave (ENG) trucks. Our photographers are an essential part of the newsgathering process and work with reporters and independently to gather both video and information.
Requirements:
The photographer in this position must be skilled in non-linear editing and able to use those skills for special projects and long-form programming.
Education:
College degree a plus, but not required.
Experience:
At least 2 years previous news photography experience is required.
