WTAE-TV has an opening for a part-time news video EDITOR. This is a high-intensity, high-pressure job. This isn't a job for a "tape cutter" - we're looking for someone who knows news, thrives on creativity, and solves problems on their own.  Must have a working knowledge of editorial standards, including accuracy and libel.  Must be able to edit on DVC pro decks.  Non-linear editing experience preferred.  Must be able to run playback for newscasts and will immediately be trained to tune in ENG and SNG live shots. Will work all shifts as assigned - overnight, weekends and holidays.  Valid Driver’s License and Motor Vehicle Record check required.
